This a great quality hunting tripod from SIRUI that offers stability in a lightweight design. This lightweight hunting tripod combo is also easy to pack into a backpack. The legs can be folded up by 180° meaning that the tripod can be collapsed to a height under 16" (without head). Each leg is made of 4 sections with 3 sealed twist locks. The rubber feet ensure the tripod is steady on all surfaces. Cold-weather grips are welcome during those cold early morning glassing hours. The T-024SK Series features an adjustable centre column. For additional stability, there is a small hook on the centre column to mount a weight.

In addition to the tripod, this combo kit also comes with our favorite pan head for heavier spotting scopes, the Sirui VA-5.

The SIRUI VA-5 Professional Fluid Video Head has a fluid system for smooth panning and tilting. The panning resistance is preset to produce very smooth pans and the tilt mechanism has stepless friction adjustment. Since there are many different sizes of spotters, having a stepless friction control lets you precisely select the proper friction for your setup.
