Shot the rigid buckle for two years. Release mechanism is superb, but the buckle system seemed way too big and I’m 6’4” 225. The result was a flapping tag end on the buckle strap. I bought the Cam Haines edition BOA this spring and the comfort is top notch. No flapping strap to fuss with and the BOA system provides a perfect for nearly any wrist size.
Absolute Favorite! Have had leather buckles stretch out over time an dont fit.. This one is a winner fits everytime I put it on with no issue.. I dont have to worry about having small wrist cause it fits.. Thank you for fast delivery!
Amazing hair trigger comfortable neoprene wrap around the inside of the leather
This release is my favorite index style release, the hook doesn't tear up my D-loop and the trigger is light and precise. My indoor shooting scores have gone up dramatically since switching from a claw style cheap release. This is my second wise guy release and if you're smart you'll pay the few extra $ for the boa wrist strap
I was shooting a Scott Silverhorn that I liked. Fortunately I had a backup as my primary release spring broke and I found out Scott discontinued the Silverhorn. After reading countless reviews and comparison I landed on the Wiseguy. It is bigger than I'm used to but doesn't change my anchor point and the trigger is crisp. Folks were complaining about the trigger being too light but I didn't think so. I can curl my finger comfortably around the trigger and pull through the shot nicely. I'm using the nylon strap which has a quick adjusting buckle. I don't like that the buckle is plastic which is why it doesn't make 5 Stars.
