Swarovski EL 42mm Binocular

I decided to upgrade from Vortex and I am super happy I made the upgrade. So clear and the edge to edge clarity is amazing. Thanks Rob for all your help!

I’ve had a pair of SLC 7 x 42’s for 20 plus years. Great field of view, great customer service but are a little heavy. The 8.5 x 42’s are the ticket. I can see things a little earlier and a little latter and the EL’s are easier to grab on to. Rob was great. He got back to me right away multiple times while the shop was closed over the holidays with answers to my questions. I will definitely be purchasing archery and hunting items from S & S in the future.

Rob was great to deal with. Answered all my questions. Took advantage of the sale and couldn’t be happier with these 8.5x42 for the whitetail woods. Will be doing more business with S&S in the future.

Last year I went out west with a cheap monocular that I use often at shooting ranges. It made a rich experience a rather poor one. I knew if I were to really appreciate the outdoors I would have to invest in nice glass as I did with my rifles. I did a lot of back and forth debating whether or not to start on a budget pair vs top shelf glass. Well let me tell you, every time I pick up these binoculars, I smile on the inside. They are worth EVERY penny. While rather expensive, the quality of glass/construction that Swarovski puts into their product is unreal. You'll feel it every time you put them in your hands. On top of that, you can't really beat their lifetime warranty (check out the Youtube videos where people send in well used binoculars and the factory brings them back to life). Out of all of my outdoor gear, I don't think I have ever appreciated something this much!

If you are looking at this review, you have come across an awesome small company that really knows what they are doing. Believe it or not, I was having a hard time finding these EL42s in stock so I reached out on a FB group that was dedicated to Swarovski optik users. It seems as if everyone was out of stock and the websites I did find them in stock, I wasn't too sure if they were an Authorized dealer or not. Anyhow, a member by the name of Rob reached out and gave me a link. Turns out Rob is actually one of the three guys that works at S&S. I gave him a call and he guided me into making the right decision. I wasn't sure whether or not to go for the 8.5x or 10s.. but I am so glad I went with the 10s as Rob recommended for my application.
We even spoke up into the late evening because I had so many questions.. You can't ask for better customer service than that. That being said, if you are thinking of buying any optic equipment, please be sure to check out S&S and give them your business. Cheers to ya Rob!
