Perfection meets tradition. The new NL Pure line from Swarovski offers an astounding 70 degrees of apparent field of view! This equates to 20-40% more FOV than other binoculars. And yes, that does include the Swarovision, Swarovski's field flattening system. This gives the term "edge to edge" a whole new meaning! Swarovski improved the focus design making an already butter smooth operation even smoother. Swaro also engineered a brand new prism system to allow a better grip.

It was after sunset when I compared these to my 10x42 Razor UHD’s for the first time and the 12x42 NL’s are clearly brighter, which was to be expected. I looked at a building in the distance to see FOV and they were just about identical but the big difference was you can see the edges of the NL’s where you can’t with the Razor’s. Edge to edge, same field of view at 12 power vs slightly less than edge to edge at 10 power. I have used Vortex for a long time and they perform well but the NL’s are playing a different ballgame. I have family members with older versions of Swaro’s and Zeiss but I feel the same about them as the Razor’s.
I have been running the Swarovski 15x56's and although they are outstanding, they are heavy. The 12x NL's are such an outstanding design, not only optically but the size is so nice for western big game where size and weight matters. My new go to binoculars for sure.
The NL Pure 8x32 is amazing binos for those who care about size of 8x42. its view detail is crisp and image quality is astonishing. but one thing I do not like is blackout which require you to position but I can tolerate though.
The NL Pure are the Best Binoculars I have ever looked thru. I can't believe the better quality they have from the old EL's.
The NL Pure 8x42 are by far the best optics I have used, super clear, and great build quality.
