You get a fine-tune lever for your Arca plates and a heavy-duty knob for Picatinny, so you get a perfect, custom fit regardless of what you're shooting. Once you mount it to your tripod, you can use the six integrated set screws (with the included tool) to basically fuse the head to your legs for zero movement under heavy recoil.
